DataHost commits to 99.9% network and host node uptime for shared and reseller hosting, 99.95% for VPS, and 99.99% for dedicated servers, measured monthly.
Service credits
If we miss the SLA, you receive a credit on your next invoice: 10% of monthly fee for 99.0–99.9%, 25% for 95–99%, 50% for under 95%.
Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance), force majeure, customer-caused outages, and third-party network issues outside our control are excluded.
How to claim
Open a ticket in the client area within 30 days of the incident.
