1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using any DataHost BD service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
DataHost BD provides web hosting, domain registration, email, SSL certificates, virtual and dedicated server services subject to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and the SLA.
3. Billing and renewals
Services are billed in advance for the term selected. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. All prices in BDT exclude 15% VAT for Bangladeshi customers unless stated.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, the AUP, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel at any time from the client area.
5. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.
7. Changes
We may amend these Terms with 30 days notice via email or client area.
